• Device, network, usage, diagnostic, error, and security information.
• Product analytics, including actions taken in the app linked to your internal user ID.

If you connect an eBay account, we also process:

• Connection and authorisation information.
• Your seller postcode.
• Listing photographs, titles, descriptions, prices, and other listing details.
• The outcome of listing requests.

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide item identification and valuations.
• Select appropriate marketplace data, currencies, and listing settings for your country.
• Save and display your scans and results.
• Manage subscriptions and scan allowances.

• Artificial-intelligence processing of photographs and item information.

These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect Kaching, Effito Ltd, our users, or others.

When you follow a link to or use a third-party marketplace, that marketplace processes information under its own privacy policy.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide Kaching, operate and secure the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.

• Scans and their photographs are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• eBay connection information and seller postcode are removed when you disconnect your eBay account from Kaching.
• Disconnecting eBay does not delete information held independently by eBay.
• Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Deleted scans and accounts cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information.

8. Children

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Kaching or our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through Kaching, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
